The Eventpack platform enables organizers to create promo codes with different rules/discounts for single or multiple use.
How to manage Promo Codes
- Select your event and from the left side menu go to Registration Hub > Promo Codes.
- Click Add in the upper-right corner to add a Promo Code.

Code
Create an alphanumeric code which attendees will enter.
Quantity
Specifies how many times the code can be used.
Validity Dates
Defines when the code becomes active and when it expires.
Ticket Rules
Set specific conditions or restrictions for ticket usage and availability.
Click the + sign to add a ticket rule.

- Apply to All Ticket Types: Apply the discount rule to every ticket type.
Note: By using promo codes, you can create hidden ticket types that are available only to special guests. If you disable Apply to All Ticket Types and select a hidden ticket type from the dropdown menu, the selected hidden ticket will become available on the registration page once the promo code is applied. Also different ticket types can have different rules with the same promo code.

- Hide other ticket types: When enabled, only the selected ticket type(s) will be visible.
- Enable Discount: Activate a discount for the selected ticket or group.
You can choose the discount type as either Percentage or Amount. Depending on the type you select, you can then set the corresponding Discount Percentage or Discount Amount.
- Ticket Registration Limitation: Set limits on how many tickets can be registered or purchased. If you leave this field empty, the ticket quantity will automatically be set to unlimited.
Session Rules
Set specific conditions or restrictions for session registration.
Click the + sign to add a session rule.

- Apply to All Sessions: Apply this rule to all sessions created for this event.
- Enable Discount: Activate a discount for the selected sessions.
You can choose the discount type as either Percentage or Amount. Depending on the type you select, you can then set the corresponding Discount Percentage or Discount Amount.
- Session Registration Limitation defines how many sessions an attendee can register for. If this field is left empty, the session quantity is set to unlimited. In this case, attendees using this promo code can register for as many sessions as they wish.
