Understanding Member Indicators

Each team member has a status indicator that helps you see their access and activity for Profile Management, Lead Capture, and Registration.

• Red
  The member has not been granted access to this feature. Admins can update permissions directly from the member list

• Green
  Everything is set up correctly and the member is ready to go

• Yellow
  Access has been granted but the member has not yet taken action

For example, the registration indicator may appear yellow if the member has been invited but has not completed their registration.

For Lead Retrieval, it may appear yellow if the member has access but has not yet activated or logged in to the app.
