Portal Access Link
Generate and share access links that allow partners to log in to their portal to manage their team, profile, booth details, and leads. The link will be included in partner invitation emails if toggled ON.

Allow Partners to Edit Booth Details
Enable partners to update their booth information, such as name, website, and description, which is displayed on the event app.

Allow Partners to Edit Booth Design
Allow partners to upload or update their logos, which appear on the event app.

Lead Retrieval Management
Give partners access to view, export, and manage their leads and qualifiers through the portal. If disabled, lead retrieval licenses and access to the lead capture app will be unavailable to partner members.

Allow Multiple Lead Scans
When enabled, each scan from this partner creates a separate lead entry even if the same attendee is scanned multiple times. This allows the partner to view each interaction individually. When disabled, all scans for the same attendee are merged into a single lead.

Invite Booth Members
Allow partner admins to invite new team members to their booth. If disabled, only event organizers can invite members. Admins can still edit existing members and assign lead capture licenses or registrations.

Partner Registration
Allow partners to register their team members for the event directly from their portal. Once enabled, additional setting will appear, the Partner Registration Ticket Type, which allows you to assign a default ticket type for partner registrations. However the Organizer can still cnahge the preferred ticket type for each Partner separately whilst creating them.

Note: Before selecting a ticket type, make sure you have created your ticket types. You can find it under the General menu > Ticket Type to create your first ticket type if it doesn’t exist yet.
