Partner Categories
This guide will show you how to add/edit a Partner Category
Partner Categories are labels that help classify each partner, such as an exhibitor or sponsor. These categories are shown on the partner’s details page in the event app, helping attendees quickly understand what the partner is about and find partners that match their interests. If you do not use the Eventpack Event App, this part is not necessary for your event setup and can be skipped.
- Select your event from the left side menu go to Partner Hub > Partner Categories.
- Click Add in the upper-right corner to add a Partner Category.

Category Items
The options within a category. Click the + sign to a new category.
- The partner categories will appear on the Partner Portal under the Company Management > Categories. Click here to learn more about Partner Portal.
