OnSite App - Kiosk Page

This guide will show you the overview of the Kiosk page on the On-Site Admin App.

Note: This page does not work on iPhone devices and is only available on iPads.

  • Select your event, then click the sidebar icon in the upper-left corner and go to the Kiosk Page.
  • This page allows you to turn your iPad into a self-service kiosk for attendee check-in or on-site registration during the event.

  • Click on the kiosk configuration you created on the management platform. 

Note: If you haven’t created a kiosk yet, you can create them in the management platform under Onsite Hub > Kiosk.

  • To exit kiosk mode, tap the close (✕) icon in the upper-left corner, then enter the kiosk password you set in the management platform.

  • If a printer is connected to your iPad and a badge has been designed in the management platform, an attendee’s badge will automatically print after they check in.

Note: If you haven't created a badge yet, you can create them in the management platform under Onsite Hub > Badges.
