Onsite App - Device Settings

This guide will show you the overview of the Device Settings on the On-Site Admin App.

Device settings are device based and need to be configured separately for all devices used for the related event. 
  • Select your event, then click the sidebar icon in the upper-left corner and go to the Device Settings.
  • This page allows you to view device information, select a printer and change the camera position for scanning QR codes.

Printer Settings

  • Click Select Printer and choose the type of printer you want to connect.

  • Zebra, Brother and Epson printer integrations are available at Eventpack and also supports TCP Printing. Printers and the iOS device must be on the same network to be able to connect. 
  • Read and follow the Quick Setup Instructions to properly connect your printer.

Device Settings

  • Click Camera Position and select either the front or back camera to use for scanning QR codes. This applies for both Admin mode and Kiosk mode of the related device.
