The event app is available on both the Play Store for android users and on the Apple Store for iPhone users.
Login to Event App
Use the email address that you got your confirmation email to login. A 6 digit code will be sent to your email address, enter the code to complete your login.
How to Navigate the Event App
- After logging in you might see the list of events you are registered to.
Home Page
This is the main dashboard where you can access general information about the related event.
- In the upper-right corner of the Home Page, you’ll find three icons:
Profile: This section allows you to manage your personal profile. You can upload a profile photo, view your ticket and QR code, and log out of the event app.
Notification: This sections displays all notifications you receive from the event app.
Note: Enable notification permissions on your device to ensure you don’t miss important event updates.
Networking/Chat: This section allows you to access the attendee directory and chat with other participants during the event.
Note: Turn on networking to let other attendees view your profile and start a chat with you. You can change this anytime from your profile settings.
Sessions Page
This page allows you to view, track, and add sessions throughout the event. Use the search or filter options to find specific sessions. Tap a session to view its details, then tap the button on the bottom of the screen, or you can tap the + icon on the sessions list to add it to your schedule.
Agenda
This page allows you to view all sessions you’ve added to your personal schedule. A + icon will appear on the calendar when a session you’re eligible for is happening within that time slot. Tap the + icon next to any session you’re interested in to register for it.
Speakers Page
This page allows you to browse the list of event speakers and view their profiles, including the sessions they are participating in.
Sponsors Page
This page allows you to view all event sponsors organized by sponsorship level. Tap a sponsor to see more details about them.
Exhibitors
This page allows you to browse the list of event exhibitors along with their assigned sponsor level. Tap an exhibitor to view their details.
Leaderboard
This is an optional feature, so it may or may not appear in your event menu. This page shows your ranking and the points you’ve earned during the event. You can also view available challenges to earn more points. Earn points by checking in to sessions or having your QR code scanned by exhibitors and sponsors (if Lead Capture is enabled).
Social Feed
Stay connected with live updates and posts from fellow attendees. Tap the + icon in the lower-right corner to upload photos, add captions, like posts, and leave comments.
See the attendee list and access your messages to connect and chat with others at the event. If Networking is turned off, other attendees will not be able to view your profile or message you.
