Conditional Form Fields

• Select your event and from the left side menu go to General > Form Fields.

Note: To add a Conditional Form Field, you must first create a Parent Form Field. The parent field must be either a Single Select or Multi-Select form type. You can find it under the General menu > Form Field to create a form field.

• Click the Add in the upper-right corner to add a Conditional Form Field.

• Enable the Conditional Form Field toggle and select the parent form field you want to apply conditions to and then choose the Condition(s) for the conditional form field.

  If the user selects any of the selected answers, this conditional form field will appear as a follow-up question.

• Select the Form Type, which determines the type of the Conditional Form Field (Text, Single Select, Multi Select). Parent of a conditional form field must be either single select or multi select free text answer questions cannot have a conditional follow up question.

• Click Add to add a Conditional Form Field. It will then appear under the Parent Form Field.

Currently only a one level conditional question is possible on the Eventpack platform.
